Mrs. Nwankwo-Odidika is the Head of Operations of the GMB Microfinance Bank Onitsha Branch. A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University where she obtained a Bachalor’s Degree in Accountancy, she had her PGD in Business A Administration from Open University. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker.

She joined the Bank in 2004 as secretary/Typist, and in the year of 2010 promoted to the position of Assistant Operation Officer. In 2011 she worked as the portfolio officer, in 2012 she was promoted to the position of Internal Auditor, in 2015 she became the Bank Risk Manager/Internal Auditor and Control Officer, presently the Head of Operations Onitsha Branch & one of the dedicated staff of the Bank.
