Mr. Uboma is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Bank. A graduate of Paul University in affiliation with the Univercity of Nigeria where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He joined the Bank in 2006 and was instrumental to the successful implementation of the Bank’s computerization program which was conducted on his employment.
To Remain A Trustworthy Financial Institution With An Edge In The Delivery Of Microfinance Services.
In 2007 having exhibited an acceptable knowledge of the software packages/application, he was saddled with the responsibility of taking over the entire system administration from the consultants as System Manager. In 2010 he was elevated to the board as Managing Director, a post he has since proved to be capable of handling. He has attended numerous management focused training organized by Central Bank of Nigeria and he is a Certified Microfinance Banker.
